Exceptional Piemonte villas sourced, renovated, co-owned and managed since 2005
We have lived in Piemonte for over 30 years.
For more than 20 of those years, we have bought and developed exceptional villas for ourselves, friends and family in the Langhe region.
We now extend that same personal approach to a very small number of co owners on an annual basis, as typically we only develop one home each year.
Each home is sourced and restored to the highest standard and divided into six equal shares. Five are offered to co-owners, with one retained by us. This guarantees our full alignment, long term care, and ensures that the highest standards that do not drift over time.
The result is exceptional ownership, fully managed, without the uncertainty and burden of owning property on your own.
